Initial Consultation

From the beginning, we will work closely with you in regards to land selection, design and budget. Luke can arrange to meet you at a time and place suitable to you to discuss your future build.

Design and Quoting

We can offer a design and draft service, or we can work together with you on plans provided by you. Attention to detail and providing us with your ideas and visions is encouraged in offer to create and design a plan that is unique to you. Once you have decided on a plan and all your inclusions have been selected, a fully detailed quote will be provided to you.

Contract and Selections

Once you have thoroughly read through your quote and a contract has been signed, we will lodge all the appropriate paperwork to begin the building process. We are happy to offer assistance and work with your financial provider in regard to all necessary documents required for loan approvals.

We will then work with you in regard to your inclusions. This is where the exciting journey begins. You will choose the color’s, fittings and fixtures that will make your home unique to you. We can offer step by step advice to help make this process enjoyable and stress free.

Construction

Once the design is finalized and council approval is received, construction of your home will commence.  Luke will personally oversea each stage of the building process and will be onsite regularly. We will provide regular updates and keep you informed of the process, we will endeavor to make ourselves available to answer any questions or queries.

Handover

The most exciting day, keys to your new home. Once construction is complete, we will meet you on site for a practical completion. We will conduct a walkthrough of your home and make sure that you are happy with the finished product. We will provide you with any relevant manuals and the keys to your new home.
